1997

First steps

Founded as hSenid Software International, we began with a vision to build a company that brought local talent to the global market. Incorporated as an HRM software development company, our commitment led us to secure two key clients, Sri Lanka Telecom and SriLankan Airlines.

2004

Established with our first branch and headquarters in Singapore.

Since opening its first overseas branch in Singapore in 2004, hSenid Software International pursued its vision of bringing local talent to the global market, expanding across the APAC region.
2007

Launched hSenid Outsourcing

With our expertise in HRIS, we expanded into outsourcing, helping renowned brands across industries build HR powerhouses.
2008

Step foot into the African region

We proudly expanded our footprint into the African region, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward global growth.

Launch PeopleHR Tracking

This year also saw the launch of PeoplesHR Tracking, a cutting-edge suite of solutions designed to streamline operational efficiency.

2010

Operations began in Indonesia

Expanded operations to Indonesia, marking a significant milestone in strengthening our presence in Southeast Asia.
2015

Operations Began in Middle East

Commenced operations in the Middle East, broadening our global footprint and catering to the unique HR needs of a rapidly growing and diverse market.

2017

Surpassed 1000th Client milestone

2019

Opened our 5th branch in Bangladesh.

Expanded our South Asian presence, delivering localized HR solutions to a growing market.
2021

Successful Initial Public Offering on the Colombo Stock Exchange.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2021 provided us the opportunity to invest in our growth, particularly in market and product development, and the supporting talent acquisition.

Launch of PeoplesHR Academy
